Exzotron's QR travel sheet reader is a compact device for automatic identification of vehicles during fuel dispensing. It reads the QR code from a paper travel sheet or a smartphone screen and transmits the data to the fuel dispensing control system for instant document verification.
The solution allows vehicles to be refueled only with a valid travel sheet, eliminating operator errors, repeated fuel dispensing, and unauthorized refueling. Scanning takes a fraction of a second, speeding up the flow of vehicles and reducing queues at gas stations, departmental fuel stations, and fuel tankers.
The QR reader is easily integrated with existing fuel dispensing automation systems, providing full transparency of operations and generating detailed reports for each refueling. It is ideal for facilities with a large number of vehicles and high requirements for fuel control.
