     Server Exzotron Bot 1.0 is a modern integrated system for managing unmanned fuel dispensing at departmental filling stations and tankers with fuel flow control at the enterprise. The cloud WEB service was created on the basis of the latest achievements in the field of software development for creating self-service gas station networks. Java tools, Angular, with which the product is developed, allow you to quickly display information without updating the Web page. This, in turn, speeds up and simplifies the work. It is based on an approach that allows the user "in 2 clicks" to receive the necessary information without any delay.
     Server Exzotron Bot 1.0 allows you to manage the departmental distribution of fuel at the enterprise using RFID cards in a divided network of stationary gas stations and mobile fuel filling stations. This platform has several interfaces. This software is a proprietary development of Exotron Technology

This is a new concept in the form of an industry direction within the framework of the organization of intradepartmental accounting of fuel and lubricants using equipment from Gelileosky. 

This solution is positioned as a set of software and hardware that allows you to fully automate operations related to the business process of ensuring the supply, storage, distribution and shipment of fuel to production vehicles.

The software part is the Exzotron Bot cloud server, which provides the following features:

  1. Receiving and processing data from Galileosky onboard terminals.
  2. Providing the user with a set of interfaces: Web, API, 1C, Telegram.
  3. Management of Galileosky on-board terminals via Telegram.
  4. Web panel: Access objects. Adding and removing fuel cards. Setting a limit on fuel shipment. 
  5. Web panel of the graphical analyzer, to control the flow of fuel into the tank of the car. Organization of reconciliation of fuel delivery with the actual intake into the tank of the car. Obtaining data on the fuel tank by API means from leading monitoring systems (Wialon, Omnicomm, Glonassoft, FortTelecom).

6. Web panel: fuel management.

Graphical display of the remaining fuel, displaying the movement of fuel in graphs in the context of warehouses according to accounting data and according to the level sensors installed in the tank. Formation of reports on the movement of fuel for the selected period in the context of all warehouses of the company. That is, the user can quickly get information about all fuel receipts, movements and consumption in numerical tabular form. 

The main element of the tool is the ability to display a combined graph, which in real mode displays the actual deviation between accounting and actual fuel accounting. This mechanism allows you to quickly respond to situations related to fuel theft or unstable operation of equipment.

7. Web panel: Document Log.

This section provides the user with access to accounting documents.

Receipt invoice – this document is automatically created when fuel enters the tank according to the readings of the level sensors. Next, the operator enters the value of the primary document from the supplier into the document. (fixing deviations during acceptance)

Bill of lading – this document is created automatically in case of receipt of fuel by the tanker at the gas station according to the fuel card. It is also possible to make an invoice manually. This is necessary to reflect the operations of fuel movement in areas that are not equipped.

Inventory - this document automates the activities of the person responsible for the inventory. The user is given the opportunity to enter a document step by step with the calculation of the current balance according to the data of the level sensor in the tank, the reconciliation of this indicator with the current accounting balance and the output of the deviation. Surplus or shortage. When carrying out the document, the recalculation of the accounting totals is organized, taking into account the entry of data on the deviation on the date.
