Instructions for connecting the fuel dispenser TOPAZ in interface mode

Required components:

1. Power supply 220 to 24.

2. RFID card reader with external pocket.

3. Tracker Galileosky 7x ext, 7x HUB.

4. Memory card.

5. Algorithm: SCRIPT Exzotron/EX_FControl_LLS_TOPAZ(Exzotron/EX_FControl_LLS_NARA)

     To carry out work on setting up the fuel dispenser, you will need an RS485/USB Converter.

ATTENTION WITHOUT ACTIVATION OF THE LICENSE OF ALGORITHMS, the fuel dispenser IS DISPENSING NO MORE THAN 10 liters.

Description of passed parameters:

CAN8BITR0 - transaction flag number 2
CAN32BITR2 - accumulative liter counter, which is read from the fuel dispenser control unit
CAN8BITR3 - total milliliter counter
CAN32BITR3 - RFID card number that is transmitted from a plastic card reader via 1-wire through the Galileosky unit
CAN32BITR4 - counter of cumulative impulses at the rate of 100 impulses per liter. After the transaction is completed, it is reset to zero.
IN5 - relative virtual pulse counter (for servers that do not support receiving CAN parameters.)
IBUTTON - number of the attached plastic card to the reader. (For servers that do not support receiving CAN parameters.)

 

BASIC GALILEOSKY COMMANDS

    RFIDSET 12345,0,0,0,0,0 - adding an unlimited card.

     RFIDSET 12345,1,0,0,0,0 - blocking shipment by card.

     RFIDSET 12345,1,1000,200,1000,100 - adding a card with a balance of 10 liters, a daily limit of 2 liters and a daily balance of 1 liter.

     RFIDINFO 12345 – view card balance. settings – command to set the settings for the algorithm. (parameter number/value)

     settings 10, lic - license activation command. (In fact, a license file linked to IMEI is fixed on the memory card)

     lic - license number..

     License 0 – not activated license 1 is activated

     UTC 3 - 1 parameter, time zone value for setting the time to reset the daily limit.

      Koff 10 – 2nd parameter, value of the calibration factor per 1 liter for the virtual counter on IN5

      moderfid 397 – 3rd parameter, settings of the interface operation mode for the TOPAZ 511 dispenser,

     other settings for working with the TOPAZ dispenser are not used.

Important note!!! FOR PASSIVE MODE

      A license restriction has been added to the algorithm. After the first successful transaction, without a license, the algorithm will stop working, perform all sorts of logic, until the next restart of the terminal or sending the settings command to the note, in the topaz protocol, there is a value for the bit depth of the current dose.

     According to experience, Topaz has a bit depth of 5, and Nara has a bit depth of 6.

      By default, I did this, but if there are differences in the topaz firmware, then this parameter can be changed by setting the algorithm.

      settings 11,(5 or 6) it will be noticeable during a transaction in passive mode, if the volume in the database does not grow correctly and is a multiple of 10, and then you need to change the bit depth accordingly.

     the changes will take effect after restarting the terminal!

Equipment:

1. Antenna - mounted on a double-sided adhesive tape under the glass and connected to the reader.

2. External pocket, which is installed on the adhesive tape from the outside.

ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS WHEN CONNECTED TO THE FUNCTIONER TOGETHER WITH THE CONTROL IN PASSIVE MODE

Control unit with indication EXZ 1.0

Power supply 24 volts.

The control wire is connected to OUT0 of the Galileosky unit.

The relay contacts are connected to the break of the common black wire on the MSF25 valve.

Green LED - power supply. Red LED - access from the tracker.

Toggle switch - for backup shutdown of access, for emergency situations.
